Yesterday's lesson was pretty relaxed. There was a wicked crosswind so we only did the one landing. We mostly did a little exploring of the area, a little slow flight, some steep turns. I realized when we were up in the air last week... when it was really hazy... that I would have a hard time finding my way home if I got disoriented. So I wanted to just get some more familiarization with area. It was helpful.
I also got my medical yesterday morning.
My instructor said he would let me know when we should go up next. He wants to get a day with calm winds so we can do landings. One more day of touch and goes... and then the next lesson will be solo time if all goes well!
